Victoria Davies

As Chief People Officer, Victoria Davies is responsible for development, implementation and oversight of London CIV's people strategy, working in collaboration with the executive leadership team and Board members to help shape the company's vision and goals, particularly in terms of retention, employee development and talent acquisition.

With over 15 years HR experience in the financial services sector, Victoria is accustomed to working in a FCA regulated environment. She brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to London CIV in areas such as change management, talent management, diversity, equality and inclusion and employee engagement.
