London CIV publishes a wide range of information to keep Client Funds and other stakeholders informed.
We describe the information we publish to meet Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements here. This includes information about what we are doing, how we make decisions, what we spend, how we are governed and key policies.

We have published our Stewardship Outcomes Report which you can download below. We will shortly be publishing other reports on our Responsible Investment activity in particular climate metrics. We also publish quarterly update reports on our Responsible Investment and voting and engagement activity, these can be found on the stewardship page of our website.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and provide our client funds and the public with a wide range of information in accordance with the FCA’s requirements.
This includes our Stewardship Outcomes Report which reports on our compliance against our obligations as asset owners with the UK Stewardship Code 2020 and together with our Stewardship Policy also provides information on how we meet our obligations under the Shareholder Rights Directive II.
