Under MIFIDPRU, we make an annual MIFIDPRU8 disclosure which contains information regarding our remuneration framework and practices to provide our stakeholders insights into our culture.
Our annual Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Report records our activity to manage climate-related risk as part of our fiduciary duty to our beneficiaries, as well as our commitment to take responsibility for our own climate footprint. Our first TCFD Product report was published in 2024.
Our Stewardship Outcomes Report records how we have complied with our obligations as asset owners under the UK Stewardship Code 2020. Together with our Stewardship Policy this addresses the issues covered by the Shareholder Rights Directive 11 (SRD11). To ensure that the SRD11 regulatory requirements are met, in particular because we have two reporting years, we have provided a supplementary Shareholders Rights Directive II Disclosure.
