Regulatory Disclosures

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and provide our client funds and the public with a wide range of information in accordance with the FCA’s requirements.

This includes our Stewardship Outcomes Report which reports on our compliance against our obligations as asset owners with the UK Stewardship Code 2020 and together with our Stewardship Policy also provides information on how we meet our obligations under the Shareholders Rights Directive II Disclosure.
