The use of this Client Portal (the “Portal”) indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Your use of any services provided online now or in the future means you are also subject to the applicable terms. We reserve the right to change the Portal and these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you, and your continued use of the Portal indicates your continued acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified.

Terms of Use

The documents provided by the London LGPS CIV Ltd and its third-party affiliates within this Portal are only for the use of the London Local Government Pension Schemes who are shareholders in the London LGPS CIV Ltd (“Members”) and their advisers (who qualify as “professional clients” in terms of the Financial Conduct Authority rules) and are not intended for members of the public. 

All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the documents shall remain the property of London LGPS CIV Ltd or third parties where relevant. Downloading or forwarding any file is prohibited to distribute to persons not permitted under these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
