London CIV sponsors and supports an initiative which encourages diversity and inclusion at grass-roots level within the investment industry. The Catalyst Education Programme was established during the pandemic to encourage young people completing their A Levels from lower socio-economic backgrounds to pursue a career in our profession. Matt Bolton, the CEP programme manager and Jenna Mwila, a programme graduate both spoke at the London CIV’s Annual Conference dinner held at the National Gallery.
Here they are pictured with Dean Bowden, CEO of London CIV and Andrien Meyers, Head of Pensions Investments at London Boroughs of Sutton and Kingston and one of the founders of the CEP initiative.
