London CIV hosts Annual General Meeting

Pictured above is the London CIV main board plus the Chair of the Shareholder Committee following today’s successful AGM. 

Mike Craston, who Chaired the meeting said: ‘It was my first AGM for London CIV so I was particularly pleased to have the opportunity to meet shareholders online and in person. In particular it was good to welcome new faces following recent Local Authority elections and appointments to Committees. We will be arranging briefings for new Chairs and Committee members.”  

‘What was particularly pleasing from my perspective was to hear so many really good questions from client funds about how we can develop London CIV going forward. It was also good to hear positive feedback for Mike O’Donnell, who was attending his last AGM as CEO.
