Diversity & Inclusion top of the agenda in Asset TV Masterclass

As part of the ongoing International Women’s Day, an all-female panel discussed everything connected to diversity and inclusion on an Asset TV Masterclass today.

Jacqueline Jackson, Head of Responsible Investment at London CIV chaired the 40 minute discussion and said afterwards: ‘It was a really positive session with some excellent contributions from the panel. All of us spoke very positively about diversity in the workplace and how things have changed for the better over recent years. A key point for me was a message to employers that the more inclusive you are, the better equipped you are to solve problems collaboratively.

‘It was particularly interesting to hear from Sabine how PIMCO measure their diversity and inclusion, while Helen, Sabrin and Nikki talked about fostering a culture of #DiversityandInclusion in their respective organizations, as well as practical ways we can implement these changes.’
